So brace yourself, ’cause this post is a long one! Last weekend, my brother and his beautiful fiance drove over from Manhattan to do an engagement shoot. I’ve been wanting to shoot in the alley ways around Mass Street, and I finally got my chance! Unfortunately, it was outrageously hot, so we only hit one alley spot before having to stop for smoothies.

The above image is one of my favorites from the evening. We found this wall that had “peace” written on it with little peace sign hands stenciled around it. So cool! This particular shot was actually taken by my assistant du jour and good friend from college Kristen. She’s an incredible painter; check out her site! She traded in her paintbrush for my old camera for the day. I think she’s a natural! ![]()
