This past week, I got to photograph the cutest family. Amy and Ross brought their boys up from Anthony (my hometown!) along with a car full of fun toys for us to play with. The boys definitely didn’t make things easy on me (I’m quickly learning that kids never do), but their cuteness totally makes up for it!
In addition to toys like balloons and wagons, ice cream goes a long way in keeping a kid happy!

Erin and Nathan trekked down to Wichita from Kansas City for a wedding last weekend, and they carved out a bit of time so that we could take some engagement photos.
We met up at Mead’s Corner for coffee before the shoot, and it turns out they are huge coffee lovers (a couple after my own heart).
When Kim told me that her family hadn’t had a photo taken in over 12 years, I could hardly believe it! We remedied the situation by taking some classic family photos in Oak Park last month. Here are a few frames from their session.
