I couldn’t have picked a more perfect couple for my first sunny photo session in a over a month. That’s right; my camera was quite tired of all those dark, cloudy May days and was ready for the gorgeous sunlight!

Rachel and Shawn are friendly, genuinely in-love, and so fun to be around. Plus, they love LOST as much as I do! They even went to a finale watch party where everyone dressed up like LOST characters. Yup; they are my new best friends.

Erin and Nathan trekked down to Wichita from Kansas City for a wedding last weekend, and they carved out a bit of time so that we could take some engagement photos.

We met up at Mead’s Corner for coffee before the shoot, and it turns out they are huge coffee lovers (a couple after my own heart).

They’re friendly, fun, gorgeous, and comfortable in front of the camera. This makes for a fantastic engagement session, and a fun night for me!
Markus met Amber just days after he initially moved to Wichita. How’s that for fate? They’re planning a wedding in Derby later on this year.

Markus had seen Audra and Nathanael’s engagement photos from the Lawrence airport last summer, and he wanted to shoot at an airport as well. Like Nathanael, Markus is a pilot.
